PoliScan speed

PoliScan speed is a speed advice system of the company Vitronic. To measure the laser-based LIDAR technology ( Light Detection and Ranging) is used. Overflow time measurement determines a scanning laser, the velocities and positions of all vehicles in the measurement field.

PoliScan speed there as a mobile or stationary system. Stationary, it is known as so-called Blitzer column.

Systems of PoliScan family are used in addition to the speed monitoring and for red light monitoring or automatic license plate reading.

In the higher court jurisdiction metrological traceability is accepted, the question the lower courts ( "black box" ).
