Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE; German Polish Energy Group ) is a Polish energy company with headquarters in Warsaw.

Around 46,400 people (as of 2011) are active at PGE. The company was founded in 1990. The company is managed by Tomasz Zadroga. PGE is listed since 2009 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange ( PGE ), the Polish state is the majority shareholder.

Announced in 2009 the company management to build two nuclear power plants in Poland. The company is involved in the Lithuanian nuclear power plant in Visaginas.
