Ponti sul Mincio

Ponti sul Mincio is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2323 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Mantua in Lombardy. The municipality is situated approximately 29 kilometers north-northwest of Mantua Mincio in the Parco del Mincio regional and borders the provinces of Brescia ( Lombardy ) and Verona. The south shore of Lake Garda is about three kilometers to the north.

History

Yet on 30 April 1945 it came to the end of World War II battle at Monte Casale.
