The Pontiac Grand Safari was a 1970-1978 built by the U.S. automaker Pontiac great combination of full-size class.

Model history

From model year 1971 were called the luxury versions of the great Pontiac station wagon that had been worn the name Safari, Grand Safari.

The Grand Safari station wagons included officially in the model years 1971/72 and 1975 to 1978 for the Bonneville series, in 1973/74 they were part of the Grandville series. The combination models based series were called Catalina continues Safari.

The wheelbase of the Grand Safari models was until 1976 a few inches longer than that of the rest of the Bonneville and Grand Ville models and amounted to 323.6 cm.
