Popular Socialist Party (Mexico)

The Partido Popular Socialista (PPS; German: Socialist People's Party) was from the 1960s, a Communist- oriented Mexican party which has been certified in 1948 by Vicente Lombardo Toledano by the ideologies of the labor movement under its former name Partido Popular (English: People's Party) founded been. Development

The original Partido Popular (1948-1960)

Lombardo Toledano, who was also the first chairman of the workers' movement Confederación de Trabajadores de México (CTM ), wanted to reply with the founding of the Partido Popular to moderate and increasingly corrupt politics of the ruling Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI ).
