Population Viability Analysis

Viability Analysis Population (PVA) calculates the probability that a population dies in a defined time.

The PVA is a product of mathematics and ecology, is calculated separately for each population and is therefore unique.

The need for protective measures can thus be shown. Also life stages or processes may be identified that are critical points for the survival of the population. There, protective measures must then be intensified.
