Porreres

Porreres is a municipality on the island of Mallorca with 5496 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013). In the same place lived 4699 inhabitants in 2008. In 2006, the foreigners in the community was 17.1 % ( 831), the proportion of German population 2.7% (129). Porreres located in the interior of the island and is about equidistant from Llucmajor, Campos and Felanitx. Main economic factor is the wine and apricot cultivation.
