Portimonense SC

Portimonense Sporting Clube is a football club based in the Portuguese town of Portimao in the south of the country.

The club played since the 2004/ 05 season in the second Portuguese league, the league since Honra (Honorary League ) and increased in the 2009/10 season in second place in the Super League on. After the descent in the Primeira Liga 2010/11 ended Portimonense the second division season 2011/ 12 on the bottom of the table and stayed because of the Premiership relegation União Leiria and the third league champion Varzim SC not the recording conditions of the League Association met further in the Segunda Liga.
