Posie Graeme-Evans

Posie Graeme -Evans (* born Rosemary Graeme -Evans around 1952 in the UK) is a British novelist, screenwriter and producer.

Life and career

The daughter of a writer and a pilot of the Royal Air Force grew up in Europe, Asia and Australia. The majority of her youth she spent in Tasmania.

She began her career working with smaller jobs behind the scenes of Australian and New Zealand television productions. Her breakthrough came in 1987 with the Australian drama series Rafferty's Rules, for which she worked as a producer. Then she took over the creative direction at numerous other series such as the children's program Elly & Jools and the mini - series Mirror, Mirror.

Since 2001 she has worked as a writer and executive producer on the hit series McLeod's Daughters.

Your career as a writer began in 2002 with the novel The Oath of the Healer. It is the first in a series of books about a forbidden love in England in the 15th century.

Posie Graeme -Evans was married several times and has children.
