Possum

As possums a series of Bag mammals of the order DIPROTODONTIA from the Australian space are referred to, particularly if most or even all representatives of the suborder Phalangeriformes. The term used primarily in English sometimes appeared also in German. Possums are not to be confused with opossums, a native to the Americas group of opossums.

Among other things, the following animals are called Possum:

  • Zwerggleitbeutler ( Acrobatidae ), including feather tail Beutler (Feather -tailed Possum )
  • Beutler Honey (Honey Possum )
