Posterior cecal artery
The artery caecalis posterior ( Latin for, rear Blindarmarterie ' ) is an artery of the abdominal cavity of man. It rises in the radix mesenterii at the junction of the ileum to the cecum from the ileocolic artery and pulls on the back side wall of the cecum, which they furnished along with the anterior artery caecalis. Often the artery arises from the posterior appendicular caecalis the artery.
