Posterior meningeal artery

The middle meningeal artery posterior ( " posterior meningeal artery ") is a vessel branch of the ascending pharyngeal artery ( branch of the external carotid artery ) that supplies the dura mater of the posterior fossa. He reached the cranial cavity through the jugular foramen. The middle meningeal artery posterior forms anastomoses with the anterior middle meningeal artery and the middle meningeal artery.
