Postnik Yakovlev

Postnik Yakovlev (Russian Постник Яковлев ) was a Russian architect from Pskov, who built St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow together with Barma 1555-1560.

Later he was involved in the construction of the Annunciation Cathedral and several towers of the Kazan Kremlin. Furthermore him the construction of two churches of the Assumption Monastery of Swijaschsk is attributed due to the similar design.
