The CHP plant Berlin -Wilmersdorf is a 1977 operating Gone, oil-fired thermal power station based on the principle of combined heat and power. The mains connection is made on the 110- kV high-voltage level in the network of Vattenfall Europe Distribution Berlin. Since the CHP in Berlin- Wilmersdorf is not on a body of water, it receives the necessary cooling water from a deep well.

On 2 January 1992, in one of the three blocks an explosion occurred.
