As Preprints ( in English: before printing ) is defined as preprints or forwarded as copies versions of articles of scientific journals or book chapters that are intended for publication in order to avoid errors. Preprints have not (yet) gone through a peer review process, that is, These are non- peer-reviewed work. Therefore, the right of use is generally not the author.
