Pressure (reggae musician)

Delyno Brown, better known as Pressure or Pressure Buss Pipe ( * August 5, 1981 in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands ) is a reggae musician.

Background

Pressure plays several instruments and has already made ​​in earliest childhood music and played in various bands. At this time, mainly in jazz or school bands. Later, his attention has been stressed by reggae and he was influenced by other reggae musicians such as Capleton, Sizzla, Buju Banton and Anthony B. The strong support from his friends strongly influenced his decision to write their own reggae songs and publish them. After some small appearances in the U.S. and his home country he published as part of the band's Star Lion Family in 2002 his first album From The Heart.

Then, still Some releases with the band until he decided to start a solo career and in 2005 released his first solo album The Pressure Is On published. After a moderate success of the album producer Don Corleon, one of the most successful Jamaican producer, was aware of him and Pressure together with him in 2007 released his second album Love and Affection. Also, two years later, he released his third album Coming Back For You. Since then, sporadic singles were released. He also has played on major European festivals such as Reggae Reggae Jam in Germany.

On February 25, 2012 Pressure was gunned down under mysterious circumstances in his parents' house in the Virgin Islands, but survived the attack.
