Prime Minister of Haiti

Prime Minister of Haiti is the official name of the relevant Government of Haiti. The prime minister is nominated by the President and approved by the National Assembly. The Prime Minister appoints then the Ministers and State Secretaries. Before his swearing he must stand before the National Assembly a vote of confidence on his government program. The Haitian Prime Minister shall, together with the President of the law and is responsible for national defense.
