Prince of Belmonte

Prince or Princess of Belmonte ( ' Principe o Principessa di Belmonte ') is a 1619 set up by the Spanish crown title of nobility. He was assigned to the dynasty of the Barons of Badolato and Belmonte, who were also hereditary Counts of Lavagna and direct descendants of the papal family of Fieschi. Been ennobled the family was in the 11th century. The Prince of Belmonte were princes in the Holy Roman Empire.
