Prix du Polar Européen

The Prix du Polar Européen (German: "European Crime Price " ) is a French literary prize is awarded annually for the best crime novel by a European author in a French translation. The award was established by the French weekly magazine Le Point in 2003.

About the winners, who will be honored ( in Nice earlier at the Festival du livre ) in spring in the Literature Festival Quais du polar in Lyon, a jury consisting of members of the journal editorial, criminal police officers and prominent crime writers.
