Pro A (volleyball)

In the French Volleyball Championship champion of the men and women of France is determined in volleyball. It is since 1938 held for the men, or since 1941 for women. Currently, the highest league men named League A masculine, the highest women's league League A féminine. Older names are Pro A and Pro F or National 1 and Division 1

Since the French Volleyball Championship was installed just before the Second World War, it soon came naturally to discharge difficulties. The game season in 1944 could not be terminated for this reason among men, but since the end of World War II, the Championship was previously held annually.
