Probation

A probation is a clearly defined period of time to demonstrate the testing of a suitability of an object or of a rule, or the ability of a person to act independently. In the legal context, it is the time in which compliance with the probation of a suspended prison sentence will be monitored before it comes to an amnesty. Preparation phase

In the preparation phase only definitions are collected under which certain patterns of behavior are given. These must be defined by rules.

Testing phase

In the testing phase, these evolving rules of behavior are actively lived and monitors compliance. If it comes to differences, necessary compromises have to be found through discussions that go for his part in the testing phase. This should end up in the ideal case in a win- win situation.

With every compromise agreement and realized the testing phase begins to run anew.

Evaluation phase

In the evaluation phase, a summary is drawn can be improved or what criteria which are so fine. Here constructive and above all objective criticism is necessary so that new developments can be before creating a standard account and incorporated into this.

Implementation phase

In the implementation phase they are incorporated in a set of rules and the entry into force then also an integral part thereof.
