Biography

Alcala was founded in 2004 for the first time. Candidate of the Liberal Party member of the House of Representatives and represented there until 2010, the interests of the 2nd electoral district of Quezon province During his deputies activity, he was Vice Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, and a member of several other committees.

After the elections in the Philippines in 2010, he was on June 30, 2010 by President Benigno Aquino III. Minister of Agriculture ( Secretary of Agriculture ) appointed to his cabinet.
