License & revenue model

Project Libre is released under the Common Public Attribution License. The Free Software Foundation recognizes this as a free software license, but it is not GPL - compatible and has only a limited copyleft. The Open Source Initiative recognizes them as an open- source license.

Origin

The original developer of OpenProj had sold its rights to OpenProj as part of a corporate takeover of the company Serena. Since then OpenProj has not been developed any further.

Description and Features
