Prokom Software S. A. - A no longer existing since April 1, 2008 IT companies from Poland with headquarters in Warsaw and the head office in Gdynia.

The IT service provider was founded in 1987 by Ryszard Krauze in Gdynia, offering software products and IT consulting for large and medium-sized businesses as well as public institutions. He was traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the London Stock Exchange and one of the largest companies of its kind in Poland.

On 1 April 2008 merged with Prokom Software Asseco Poland and since then the Prokom brand no longer exists on the market.
