Prusac

Prusac is a village in the municipality of Donji Vakuf in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Culture

Every year end of June takes place the Muslim festival of Ajvatovica, which brings thousands of tourists to the small village for three days. The Legend of Ajvatovica states that Ajvaz Dedo, a resident of Prusac, prayed in the mountains above Prusac 40 days to water. On the 40th day, split a huge rock and released a source that supplied from there to the village with water.
