PSI Protein Classifier

PSI protein classifier is a computer program which fässt the results of both successively, and the independent iterations of the PSI - BLAST computer program together. An iterative search indicates possible evolutionary relationships within protein families and divides them into subfamilies. With PSI Protein Classifier can be evolutionary distances between homologous proteins of the number of iterations determined.
