Ptolemaic Decrees

Synodaldekrete, also called priests decrees are multilingual steles on which in the Ptolemaic period the decisions of the priests synods convening a Ptolemäerkönige regularly published. The decrees were mostly into three headings, namely hieroglyphic, demotic and ancient Greek, written and placed in several temples in Egypt.
