Public Lending Right

The PLR is a library paid in copyright and neighboring right compensation. You should compensate writers, musicians and other copyright holders to ensure that their works are usually offered by the libraries free of charge for loan. Germany

As part of the German copyright law, PLR in § 27 para 2 of the Copyright Act is regulated.
