Publius Acilius Attianus

Publius Acilius Attianus was a Roman knight and under Trajan and Hadrian praetorian prefect.

Attianus came from the family of Acilier. He was especially devoted to Hadrian's youth along with Trajan and Hadrian his guardian. In Trajan's death in 117 he was staying with Empress Plotina in the immediate vicinity of the dying and supported the takeover of Hadrian, but fell out of favor later.
