Puerto Jiménez

Puerto Jiménez is with 1,780 inhabitants, is one of the largest cities on the Osa Peninsula in the Central American country Costa Rica. It is located near the Golfo Dulce ( Sweet Gulf ) and the Corcovado National Park and is accessible via the same airport. The city is known for its Goldgräbertum and the timber industry during the 1960s.
