Pule cheese

Pule is a Serbian donkey cheese.

The low fat milk used for it comes from the reserve " Zasavica " living in Vojvodina 300 Balkan donkeys and costs about 40 euros per liter. There are also 25 liters of milk necessary to prepare only one kilo of cheese thereof. The crumbly cheese will taste compared with the Spanish Manchego.
