Pull Buoy

Under pull buoy is defined as a flotation device from the competitive sport that is used by swimmers in training, to train the arm muscles. It mostly made of foam and has a shape adapted to the extent that they can be clamped between the thighs. The float then performs no more leg movement and moves forward only by arm movement. Without leg movement sink the legs of most people. The buoyancy of the pull buoys compensates for this and allows a normal position in the water as in the overall movement in the arms swimming. A pull buoy is a modern form of a swimming board between the thighs.
