Puss in Boots (2011 film)

Puss in Boots is a 3D offshoot film for Shrek series from DreamWorks Animation, and is a prequel to Shrek 2 The film, which is marketed by Paramount, released in Canada and the United States on 28 October 2011; in Germany he celebrated 8 December 2011 premiere. Action

The film deals with the adventures of Puss in Boots before he met Shrek: Together with Humpty Dumpty and Kitty the cat he tries to steal the famous goose that lays golden eggs.

In search of adventure Puss in Boots learns in a restaurant of the magic beans that make a vine grow to heaven to a treasure. Background

After the great success of the Shrek series DreamWorks began work on a branch with a stand-alone story. Originally, this film should be a direct-to- video production, but DreamWorks finally decided for a theatrical release in 3D. The original title for this was: Puss in Boots: The Story of Ogertöters. Antonio Banderas, who has already lent his voice to the cat in the predecessors, confirmed during an interview that he will again take on the role of the daring cat. As an executive producer you took the Mexican director Guillermo del Toro, who became famous through his films Blade II and the Hellboy films.
