Pusztavacs

Pusztavacs is a town in Pest county in Hungary. Located about 54 km south-east of Budapest, located on its territory the geographical center of Hungary. To mark this, in 1978 a 11 -meter high octagonal pyramid was built by the architect József Kerényi, which was renovated in 2002. The population of Pusztavacs is a good 1,400 (as of 2011 ).
