Pyrrhura

Blaulatzsittich ( Pyrrhura cruentata )

Rotschwanzsittiche ( Pyrrhura ) are a genus of Neuweltpapageien of the subfamily of authentics parrots ( Psittacidae ).

The distribution of Rotschwanzsittiche which includes tropical and subtropical South America and extends north into southern Central America. Most species are forest dwellers.
