Qarnawu ( altsüdarabisch qrnw reconstructed Qarnāwu, ancient Greek Κάρνα Karna ) is an ancient city in what is now the northern Jawf Yemen, near the present site Ma'in (Arabic معين, DMG Ma ʿ īn ).

Qarnawu was probably founded about the same time with the emergence of Minean Empire around 500 BC; after the end of the Sabaean rule over Ma'in around 400 BC Qarnawu was temporarily capital Ma'ins. Qarnawu was created on a 10 m high embankment and had a rectangular floor plan with a side length of about 350 × 240 m; it was zurchzogen of a dead-straight main road that led to the West from the East Gate. The interior was created to plan. With the end of Minean Empire in the 1st century BC Qarnawu lost its meaning, it was probably soon abandoned it.
