Qeqertat

Qeqertat is a small village with 29 inhabitants ( 2012) in the municipality Qaasuitsup Press Office (since 2009, before that community Qaanaaq ) and is situated on an island in the southeast of Inglefield Fjord. Once the ice has melted in the summer, you can see many narwhals who come to the fjord. The north and east coasts in Qeqertat offer excellent views of the huge icebergs and glaciers.
