Qitai County

Qitai (奇台县, Qitai Xiàn ) is a circle of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People 's Republic of China. It has an area of 16,709.36 km ² and has 230,000 inhabitants ( end of 2008).
