Quinnipiac University

The Quinnipiac University is a private university in Hamden, Connecticut. Currently, more than 7,700 students study here.

The college was founded in 1929 by Samuel W. Tator, a businessman and politician. His wife and Phillip Troup, a Yale student were also instrumental in the founding of the university.
