Quinsac (Gironde)

Quinsac is a commune with 2081 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the canton of Creon in the Gironde department in the Gironde department in the Aquitaine region. It belongs to the community association Communauté de communes des Portes de l' Entre deux Mers.

Economy

The main agricultural source of income is the wine, because Quinsac is located in the " Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux ", where quality wines are produced. Quinsac is considered the capital of the Clairet, a developed there and grown rosé.

Traffic

The village is situated on the right bank of the Garonne, about seven kilometers from the ring road of Bordeaux. It can be reached from Bordeaux to Paris on the first exit after the bridge, " François Mitterrand ".
