Raabau is a municipality with 582 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the south- east of Styria in the district of Southeastern Styria. From 1 January 2015 it is merged in the Styrian municipality structural reform with the municipalities box Bach, Gniebing - Weissbach, Gossendorf, head im Raabtal, Mühldorf in field Bach and Auer Bach, the new community will continue to use the name " field Bach".

Geographical Location
Raabau lies about 38 km east of Graz, approximately 3 km north-east of the district capital field creek in the Styrian Volcanic country.

Coat of arms
The award of the municipality coat of arms came into effect on 1 October 2003. Coat Description: In black silver damascene sign a natural Kingfisher, a gestümmelten green corn stalk -mounted.
