Racing Post

The Racing Post is a British newspaper for sports betting.

History

In April 1986, the owner of Muhammad ibn Rashid Al Maktoum did publish his betting magazine for the first time in the Trinity Mirror newspaper. In 1998, then a takeover lease was closed over a pound and the newspaper " Sporting Life " was founded, which should cover sports betting.

The website "The Betting Site ," " Cricket Base" and "Soccer Base" also run under the name of the Racing Post.

On 1 October 2007 the newspaper was sold to an Irish investment firm, for a total value of 170 million pounds.
