Ragnhild Margrethe Aamodt (born 9 September 1980 in Sarpsborg, Norway ) is a former Norwegian handball player.

Aamodt started with four years playing handball at the Norwegian club Skjeberg HK, in which she played later with the women's team in the top division. In 2003, she left Norway to continue to go for the Danish first division club GOG hunting for goals. After two years, the left-hander joined the league rivals Ikast - bording Elite Håndbold ( since late 2008 FC Midtjylland Håndbold ). With Ikast it in 2007 was the EHF Cup final, but failed there to Zvezda Zvenigorod. In 2008 she won the Danish championship with Vice Ikast. In summer 2009, she moved to Norwegian club Sarpsborg IL. In October 2012, she ended her career.

Aamodt has 133 caps for the Norwegian women's national handball team contest in which they scored 314 hits. 2004, 2006 and 2008, she won the European Championship with the Norwegian team. In the Men's Handball World Championship of Women in France in 2007 she became Vice World Champion. A year later she won at the Olympic Games gold medal.
