Raheem DeVaughn

Raheem DeVaughn ( born May 5, 1975 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American R & B and neo-soul singer.

Biography

To start his career, DeVaughn invested his profits from a talent contest in a few indie publications. Then the label Jive noticed him and signed him.
