Rainer Kraft ( born July 30, 1962 in Stuttgart ) is a German football coach.
Career
As an active force played together with Edmund Becker in the fifth division Baden TSV Reichenbach. Edmund Becker overtook him in the 1996/97 season as a physical therapist and rehab coach to the second team of Karlsruher SC. From 1997 to 2001, the physical education teacher acted in the same capacity at VfB Stuttgart.
His coaching career began Rainer force at the district tier FC Unterheimbach. In 2005 he moved to VfR basking in the then third-class Regional, where he worked under head coach Frank Wormuth as assistant coach of the first team and even as head coach of gambling in the regional league second team. Its successor Wormuths as head coach, Edgar Schmitt, retained power as an assistant coach. In 2007, acquired the power DFB soccer coach license. By qualifying for the newly founded 3rd Liga for the 2008/09 season, he handed over the training of the second team to Petar Kosturkow and focused on his work as an assistant coach. Together with Schmitt he was on leave in August 2008 at the Aalenern, whereupon the duo in September 2008, took over the team of Premier League rivals Stuttgarter Kickers. Following the resignation of Edgar Schmitt Rainer force on 14 April 2009 was promoted to head coach of the Kickers. After relegation to the Regionalliga Süd at the end of the season his contract was not renewed and he is replaced by Dirk Schuster.
Shortly after his resignation at the Stuttgarter Kickers took power on an offer from the Iranian club Esteghlal Tehran to supervise the team as an assistant to Erich Rutemöller in the Iranian Pro League.
In the season 2010/11 force was head coach in football Oberliga side VfL Kirchheim. On 10 January 2012, he signed a contract as coach of FC 1 Normannia Gmünd until 30 June 2013. Normannia However, after the relegation end of the season due to goal difference from the league, the contract was terminated prematurely back in the summer of 2012.
At the time of preparation for the 2013/14 season he was for a short time as a rehabilitation and fitness coach at the coaching staff of the third division Wehen before force in July 2013 returned to the now ascended to the 2nd Bundesliga VfR Aalen. There, he became head of the youth training center and, as such, again coach the second team of the club.
