Rajaküla is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Mäetaguse ( Mäetaguse vald ). It is located in Ida -Viru county (East Wierland ) in northeastern Estonia.

The village has 37 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011). It is located northeast of the main town Mäetaguse.
