Rajchman measure

As Rajchman measure ( by Aleksander Rajchman ) is called in the mathematical field of measure theory on those finite Borel measures whose Fourier coefficient sequence converges to 0. In this case, refers to the unit circle, or the k-th and the Fourier coefficient is defined as a measure.
