Rajendra Prasad

Rajendra Prasad ( Hindi: राजेन्द्र प्रसाद, Rajendra Prasad, born December 3, 1884 in Zeradei, Bihar, † February 26, 1963 in Patna, Bihar ) was an Indian politician.

A doctorate in law and Gandhians 1947 Minister of Education. He was the first president of independent India from 1950 to 1962 after the end of the reign of Britain. During the same year he was awarded the Bharat Ratna.
