Rakhat Aliyev

Rakhat Aliyev Mukhtaruly ( born December 10, 1962 in Alma- Ata, Kazakh SSR, Kazakh Рахат Мұхтарұлы Әлиев, Russian Рахат Мухтарович Алиев ) from 2005 to February 2007, Vice Foreign Minister under the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, his father in law.
