Ralf Brauksiepe

Ralf Wolfgang Brauksiepe ( born March 14, 1967 in Niederwenigern, now Hattingen ) is a German politician ( CDU). He is a member of the German Bundestag and Parliamentary State Secretary since 2009 since 1998.

Life and career

After graduation in 1986 at the High School Forest Street Hattingen Brauksiepe graduated in Economics at the Ruhr- University Bochum, which he graduated in 1990 with a degree in economics. Subsequently, he was a research associate at the Institute for Development Research and Development Policy at the Ruhr University Bochum. In 1995 he was here his doctorate. oec. with the thesis " The Political Economy of transformation of economic systems in developing countries". Ralf Brauksiepe is Catholic, since 1994 married to Ulrike Brauksiepe ( born Range) and father of four children. He lives in Hattingen in the upper Stüter district.

Brauksiepe came even as a schoolboy in 1983 in the Junge Union (JU ) and the CDU.
